Hi bobo robot players! Just letting you know that I fixed the "Going to Town" achievement. It's supposed to give it to you once you reach the town, but I typed a capital C instead of a small c in the code accidentally! Oops. Now you can finally get the achievement, though. The visuals are nice but jumping and shooting feels stiff and unsatisfying. Also I used wrench near a wall and my head stuck in it. I closed and reopened the game expecting that I'd be on the last checkpoint but the game didn't actually save any progress. And it is not good enough to play it again.

The game doesn't save your progress. No, really: every time you quit, you have to restart from the beginning. What century are we even in?

Bobo robot is a charming puzzle platformer that can be just as frustrating to figure out as old school games in the same genre. I was really vibing with this game but my momentum would be killed constantly trying to figure out what I needed to do. If you’re smarter than me or you like that convoluted style of gameplay you’ll fall in love with the charm and writing of the game and some of the well developed...

I am such a sucker for metroidvanias that I probably would have loved this game no matter what, but it's a really solid game! I don't mind small games and I really enjoyed my time with this one! The art was really neat and it played really smoothly!
