A very amusing, anti-establishment RPG game with a lot of swearing. If you're not willing to accept almost everything being made fun of, then you won't enjoy this as much as you should. I've only been playing for a little while, just barely under an hour at this point. My initial experience has been positive, and so far this is definitely a game I'd recommend.
