Quality of life update!
2025-02-28Thank you to everyone who has been playing Enso and speed running it recently. I've had a lot of fun watching your runs over on SpeedRun.com/Enso This update adds a few quality of life improvements. Accessibility! A user kindly asked me if it would be possible to add an option to darken the background of the game. I can understand wanting to do this as in the lower portion of the game, even though the sunrise is beautiful, it is very bright! In the Settings Menu, you can now find a toggle to darken the sunrise. Steam Recording Timeline I have added support to display game events as markers when recording your gameplay directly via Steam. (This is now my preferred method by the way!) Here is a list of the markers that will show up on the timeline, along with different coloured shading on the timeline to indicate when you are in the menu/paused and when you are playing:
