Update 1.43 and 1.44

The updates include some improvements and bug fixes. A full change log can be seen below. Version 1.44: - Bug fixed: Owning a large number of shares resulted in overly long wait times for calculating the data for the info boxes. A compromise had to be made here: Calculations are now much faster for a large number of shares, but unfortunately not very accurate. Accurate and extremely fast calculations are the goal for one of the upcoming versions. Version 1.43: - You can now set your own players to "Not for sale" under "Team/Squad/Overview II". - The display of the info boxes has been improved again to prevent the mouse cursor from jittering on slower computers. - The offers and payments of the secondary sponsors have been recalculated. - More information is now displayed when loading a saved game if the game was saved using version 1.43 and above.

- The speed of changes for contractual content when the mouse button is held down has been increased slightly. - The limits on market value when searching for players on the transfer market have been adjusted slightly. - It will now be recalculated whether players want to transfer to a premier league team upon achieving a certain strength. - Bug fixed: Bug fixed in the statistics of the country games (permanent data was included in calculations for current season). - Bug fixed: If a player from the line-up is injured, he will no longer be displayed in the line-up under "Team/Line-up". - Bug fixed: Fixed a bug that occurred in the calculations for old and new strength when promoting/demoting players at the end of the season. - Bug fixed: EUR 35,000,000 was displayed instead of EUR 50,000,000 on the level maps. - Bug fixed: Fixed a display error in the custody account. - Bug fixed: Fixed a number of info box bugs. - Bug fixed: When the training camp does not cost anything, the game will no longer check if the player has enough money. - Bug fixed: A sporadic bug that caused a crash when editing the team line-up for international cups.

very basic game with only one league When it says you can set up your own club you - however this club will have 500,000 on the bank and absolutley no players so it's no use at all to set up your own club match engine very poor and repetitive to say the least. Price not worth it and you can get better games for less

First things first: This game is so poorly made it's painful. Just moving around screens feels like navigating the web on a 56k, and saving? Good grief. It's not like the game is full of data points that need updating, but you'd think it was 100x the scale of Football Manager judging by how long your first save will take. I bought this for $2 in a sale. What an absolute steal! Seriously, it's worth full price. This game is not like Football Manager. It is not attempting to be Football Manager. It's more like a business simulation whose central product is Football. Its name doesn't do it any favors - it makes it sound like a cheap FM knockoff and gives new players the wrong idea. It should be called Club Chairman or something of that...
