First thing I noticed was not having controls tutorial for opening menu (which will tell you what you need most of the time). Getting caught on collision can be frustrating, could recommend either making the player sprite bigger or shrink everything else, this will make it so you don get caught on edges of a block/object. Promising to see updates though frequently. All in all good premise of learning new recipes...

It's being updated all the time. I think it has a lot of potential! The music is catchy and pleasant, I like the option to explore and find things without being pushed along by a tutorial. I got stuck trying to go through doorways a few times, but that will be polished out so I won't hold it against the game. I really liked growing giant crops and exploring the dungeons and fighting the bats. Give it a try!

So far I'm having a lot of fun with this game. It's challenging but not so hard that I hate it. The visuals give a very nostalgic vibe. So does using the d pad on the controller lol. Early access, hoping some new bits are added in the future.
