The game start fails with the message "DirectX update required - you need the August 2008 update ...", a completely outdated DirectX update that works up to approx. Windows 7...

I cant read Russian but still seems like a nice little game to waste some time in just go around a shot other ships and vist towns a map would be nice though

It's the worst game I've played (if this can be called "game"). And only in Russian? Really? You are in 2019. Russian... yuck.
