Vacant is a point and click adventure game about Jade Bridgett-- a new intern at a mysterious government agency called "The Eye". On her first day, she gets put on a case to find three missing people, all at which are presumed dead. It's your job to find them and the culprit.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this game 100%. It is very interesting and even though I dislike point and click adventures and visual novels this somehow manages to tickle my fancies. It is unfinished though. I talked to the dev and it was a very pleasant experience. She explains why this game is like this and she knows that it is underdeveloped. So I finished this game in half an hour. I don't why or how I did that. The plot was threadbare - things happen inexplicably, and then end with the same lack of reason or logic. To call this a walking simulator is an insult to games like Firewatch and Gone Home, where walking around allows the narrative to unfold. If you're into point-and-click adventures then Vacant may be up your alley. It doesn't really offer anything groundbreaking or amazing, but it's fun for what it is and comes at a relatively cheap price.
