Starters Orders 7 Horse Racing

Feels dated and janky, plagued by UI and performance issues. Opening the instruction manual crashes the game. This should not be a yearly release, there is no excuse but greed to keep releasing the same broken game every year instead of fixing it. It is pretty nostalgic to have to navigate this early 2000s UI with tiny illegible buttons, but it's not as fun compared to similar games that are more user friendly like...

Fun game once you learn it. Cant figure out how to turn off auctions on horses. But otherwise, seems pretty good!

Main complaint is that twice now, it has crashed after playing for a couple hours, without saving the current session's progress, and unfortunately it isn't quite engaging enough to make me want to go back and restart from the previous save. To be fair, you can easily save at ~any point, so do that if you play. The other thing I find less enjoyable is that it is difficult to make enough money to stay afloat by racing...
