Excellent game...once you can finally figure out how to get "Games for Windows Live" nonsense installed...which took me a couple hours lol. Solid no BS third person shooter....really loved this game alongside Alpha Protocol if we're talking third person shooters from SEGA. Still have to play Binary Domain as I actually put Vanquish on the backburner after starting that.

While I enjoy 'The Club' quite a bit, but looking at this for most people I would give this a 'mixed' rating as you still have to manually fix some things yourself and most people don't want to do that nor should they. I am going to specifically look through the lenses of the game itself especially at the $3-4 range I got it on sale for, don't buy for $15 100%. It’s kinda sad that a lot of people rated this game low just because they don’t get what it’s about. This isn’t some huge story-driven game with millions of missions. Here, you pick your character and try to get the best score you can. There are a bunch of fun modes, like defending your spot, running laps, or trying to find the exit before time runs out while waves of enemies come at you. The whole point is to replay...

The Club is actually a really fun game. Many people describe it as a racing game with guns. Many of the modes have you run through a linear course, killing enemies, and racking up combos. You also have modes where you are put in a restricted area, and you have to kill waves of enemies in a set time limit. False advertising. This version DOESN'T have local multiplayer as the store page says. Which is a shame because I remember liking this game on PS3.

Go to the game directory (steamapps\common\The Club) -> go to redistributables ->go to Games for Windows - Live -> double click the exe file and then try launching the game. Should be fixed. however i would not recommend buying this game except for cheap sales.

I was always fascinated by this game growing up. Never got the chance to play it until today. Personally I don't recommend it at all. Can't play online due to GFLW's shutting down. So really the only chance to really play it is having an LAN party with mates. Even then the game isn't that great gameplay wise.
