HOLY COW THIS GAME IS SO GOOD I'm a pretty new Helldiver, and I arrived super late. I mostly ignored the game up until like a month ago, when I found out the download size is actually around 20 gigabytes (not 135 gigs, as the Steam page claims). Game is pretty fun, the only thing that has me put off is how boring the grind feels for Warbonds. Maybe I'm missing something but jesus christ what is it with this boring engagement games try to farm from people making games so damn tedious .. wish the level 10 difficulty gave you more medals as a reward for clearing it as a new player this feels really lame :c

The game is excellent and it plays extremely well, even through all of the strange balancing decisions that have slowly made the game way too easy on higher difficulties I still love it. Every single bit of gameplay is supremely satisfying and results in a nice crunch, pop, crackle, etc that floods your brain with happy chemicals. The game is great and continues to see improvements as time goes on, but the developers keep focusing on putting out warbonds instead of adding and improving systems that improve game replayability. Past like level 40, levels don't matter. Everything that you can unlock via levels is unlocked at that point. The Game is Really fun, its a blast to drop in with your friends. I mean, it's complicated lol. I enjoy it, but after the first 50 hours, it does get stale fast. Then you don't play for a month, then you come back, and after like two games it gets stale again.
