!!DO NOT PLAY!!! Even with the x64 update that just dropped RCE is still a thing. These products need threat of removal from the Steam Store until Activision actually fixes these exploits. VALVE needs to force them to make these games safe.

This game when I was in my prime and in my opinion outside of the original MWII this is the best Call of Duty game ever released and the new generation of Call of Duty Players do not understand the skill based that us Golden Age Players had to endure before there was a meta system.

After all these years playing this game as 1 of my favorites yesterday they actually sneak in with an update that killed dedicate server usage making this game totally worthless . Now they put them all on sale lmao . I think Steam should remove all their games from the store and tell them to take a hike. Activision has basically grown worse every game since this one came out. Good bye CoD . Good bye Activision.

Might be an unpopular opinion, but this is my favorite of all the Modern Warfare games. For one thing I was able to rig controller support to it lol Both this game and the first Black Ops had stories that felt like movies in a time before games such as The Last of Us defined and fleshed out that style of making video games. I also like to pretend in my own headcannon that this is where the game Homefront fits into...

RCE exploits are still working DO NOT PURCHASE OR RUN THIS GAME it is NOT SAFE for your machine such a shame, don't let them profit off of malicious, broken products.

No controller support and frequent crashes make this game borderline unplayable for me. i should have just emulated.

Well, after playing this game for YEARS a steam update has deleted the DLC I bought long ago. No record of it now. I'm left with one DLC called "Terminal". No problems until the Sept '26 update. Lost the early warning sound for Juggernauts, too. That made fighting them quite a bit more challenging. Anyway, I don't blame the game. This is on STEAM.

This is an amazing title to me, and a lot of people. It's not complex, it's not pretentious. It never pretended to be, and that's why I love this game. Sure, there are way more challenging, mechanically complex games to stroke your ego to out there, but this game is just straight up fun. I haven't played it on Steam for some time due to the remote code execution vulnerabilities, but I'm still able to play this on...
