This game is objectively the same game as 2K20, not only branded as a new game at a $60+*** price tag but it also disgraces Kobe Bryant's memory. I can count in my head how many things changed in this game from 2K20, and all of these changes could've been implemented in a tiny game update (for MyCareer): - The good layup packages now require an 80 driving layup instead of 70 - Pro dribble moves now require an 80...

So, where to begin... If, like me, you love basketball, maybe you once collected cards, and you enjoy games with "management" elements, this game has elements that touch all of those interests. Played for 20 minutes then requested a refund, same as 2K20, terrible 1440P performance. Maybe if they brought next-gen game to PC it would be at least worth a buy but this is the same game as last year just a roster update. DO NOT BUY! By buying this game all you do is show 2K we will buy this game no matter what lack of work they put in to it.

Despite putting 200 hours into this game I can't recommend it to anybody. The only reason I purchased this is because I had 2k20 on Xbox and wanted to play 2k on PC. First of all, the game is $60 for a copy/paste of the previous year's game; it isn't even updated to the next gen version. Second, there are literal unskippable ads in this game. Don't buy, wait for next year or get 2k20. It's basically a complete copy of 2k20, PS5 and XBox X players get the actual new game. 2k doesn't give a s*** about the pc community.

tl;dr game is worse than 2k18, mycareer will rip your hair out, myleague/gm is aight I guess; and it's current gen for no reason.
