The mega downfall started when the game was handed over to Valofe. Then, when it moved to Steam, everyone lost their accounts like me. After so many years, the game is still pay-to-win and has so, so many bugs. I really can’t understand why they didn’t fix Combat Arms Classic and instead split the games, with Combat Arms Reloaded being even worse and having fewer players. I loved the game when it was hosted by Nexon back in the day before the combat arms reloaded became a thing. Started playing again via the official Valofe launcher now but i cannot recommed the game when you have played it back in the old days. The game feels more pay to win than its ever been when it was hosted by Nexon.

I loved this game back in the day and i love it now. My only complaint is the lack of players on the server but i understand some things cannot be helped. this game is great for low spec PCs so much so im playing it on my a laptop i use as a backup if my pc fails. laptop is from 2012. Highly recommend it. community is nice gameplay is still as i remember but servers are a lil laggy. I'll take what i get for a classic...

While it is impressive that such an old game still has a playerbase, don't. It follows the exact same fate all online pvp games go through. Pay to Win and a cadre of people who desperately need to touch grass who will instantly kill you with their overpowered weapons.

I use to play this game back in 2008, it was actually fun back then, cheaters were still an issue but not as bad as they are today. They have recently switched their anti-cheat to Battleeye, which probably helped break a lot of cheats but the performance has gotten worse on this almost 20 year old game.... I cannot recommend it, until they actually start fixing issues and not just adding more...

it doesn't feel like the old combat arms not worth the try all p2w, you have skins everywhere, bunch of glowing sht all over the place, dont recommend it anymore.
