CompareHaunt Chaser is a 4 Player Co-Op horror game, can be played as a Single-Player too. Chasers need to use all the hunting equipment in order to banish the evil and save the poor souls from torment while uncovering deeply disturbing secrets. Also, there is a 4v1 party game mode.

I highly recommend this game. A couple of Phasmophobia/DBD clones have been released this year. I assumed this was just another one. But this is unique. Even being in early access it is the most polished I have seen. I have not ran into any bugs. The mechanics and movement are smooth. I worry about the entity being a bit OP at the moment. But I think that is because of the learning curve of figuring out the puzzles....

They abandoned this game shortly after it's release, this is very sad to because this game had potential. Now I hear they are working on another game. What makes them think anyone should support this new game when they abandoned this one? And what's to say they won't do the very same thing with that game that they did to this game?

I hate this game - in the absolute best way possible. If you're coming from Phasmophobia and looking for something that really gets the heart racing, this is probably the game for you. There are quite a few jump scares, which I'm not usually a fan of, but I think they work here. And the atmosphere! My only complaint would be that as a complete beginner, I should be able to pick the "very easy" level and not be dead...

Honestly, at the current state of the game I would not spend any money on it, unless it was on sale and you just wanted to have it to say you have it... Where do I start? The level design is enormous, the map is very well thought out, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're a part of it all. You will find that the atmosphere is equally helpful as hostile. Being able to hear in-game conversations "with in game communication" and the Entity hearing these conversations when we are nearby. Every feature and item in your hand has a different function and works...

One of the worst dev groups on steam. Totally abandoned game, reused almost all of the assets in Demonologist. Don't talk about the truth in any of their socials (including discord) or you'll get the ban hammer. There's 1 map. That's it. Same puzzles each time. 0.1/10

First time reviewing a game on Steam. I strongly consider Haunt Chaser to be one of those "out of nowhere" games that leave you stunned on how polish the game is, especially from an Indie studio. Game definitely had potential Was definitely good horror but the game is dead. Wouldn't say it's worth the full price unless new content is actually released but they've abandoned this game and started up a new one. For now I don't recommend this game especially as a horror fanatic and coming from phas/devour/pacify etc. If anything buy on sale but its only one map..
