Whatever team manages Rockstar's launcher is utterly incompetent to fix the launcher issues that prevent this game from working in Proton anymore without going through hurdles, all in order to provide a substandard service that is barely any better than spyware. I was enjoying this game for nostalgia reasons, but the forced launcher (which has to be installed separately for each game) is just the worst thing.

This whole trilogy should've been handled by Rockstar in the first place so they get a thumbs down from me just for allowing this remaster trilogy to be butchered by a third rate development team before they finally came and fixed it themselves. Also all these games require the Rockstar's awful launcher! The characters look too waxy and there's still bugs here and there!

San Andreas is one of my favorite GTA game from the series. I love the mission slop and the weird content it has. One of the sloppiest ports for PC I've ever seen. 50\50 chance of booting or crashing video driver. Options randomly reset to defaults on relaunch. Really keeps life exciting....
