The game constantly gets stuck on the loading screen at “Collecting database information… Please wait.” The interface loads partially, but the game fails to move beyond the initialization stage. This appears to be a backend synchronization or corrupted cache issue rather than a graphics problem. The loading animation continues indefinitely without any error message, which creates a frustrating user experience....
