This is one of my favourite games. There's a reason ive nearly 800 hours on it. The sailing physics are realistic, and the sea looks great. This is without a doubt one of my favorite games. Kind of a meditation to be honest for me. The only thing I can really do with this review is thank the developers for creating it and show my support so they can keep developing and improving it.

The one and only Age-of-Sail Sailing Simulator. The one you didn't know you needed in your life... until you tried it. If you like games like ATS or ETS2, or any chill-ish game based on completing deliveries, you'll like this one. If you like simulating real world physics you'll like this one. Incredibly cool game. Interesting world to explore, with different cultures and secrets. As someone who didn't anything about navigation it was very fun making mistakes and learning through the challenges the game throws at you.

Really good game. I'm gonna spend a lot of hours in this game for sure. Its pretty much what it appears to be, a sailing "sim" where navigating to some tricky dockyards makes for a good experience. The game halfway works. When it does its an ok game. The reason it halfway works is as soon as u start it you have to use tricks to get it to work. The resolution explodes and u cant fix it unless u spend time on google or reddit to figure out the fix and even at that you have to try it multiple times. Great idea, meh execution. The game is extremely clunky, riddled with bugs and terrible performance. Be prepared for your ship with all your cargo to sink simply because you paused the game (and the game has the gall to penalize you for returning your ship). It looks like someone's first project in Unity with Synty Studio assets. The UI is horrible, overlapping over it's elements. The water is just a plane with solid material and it looks bad (for a sailing game). Islands are not realistic at all. I tried multiple times to enjoy this game but I was unsuccessful.
