I was going to mark this Not Recommended for one reason: Ubisoft. Then I checked. Ubisoft originally published Call of Juarez: Gunslinger. Techland publishes the Steam version today. So this is a Yes. ♥♥♥♥ Ubisoft. Just not over this one. I am 9.3 hours in and close to the end. The campaign is short, and I have not rolled credits yet. its a fun western game that has a solid story and interesting original characters and it also has a few famous outlaws like billy the kid and jesse james. also the collectibles are actually interesting because they tell you interesting facts about the wild west. the shooting is very engaging and smooth. sometimes the level feels a bit too long but then it pauses and the characters narrating do or say something funny...

The game is a lot of fun as long as you can figure out how to deal with the difficulty spikes. I loved the somewhat crazy storytelling, fast gameplay and linear story (open world fatigue is real). Hated some difficulty spikes, so I recommend playing normal first, followed by hard and, finally, true west. A game with great storytelling, solid characters and really nice Western vibes. The shooting makes you feel like you are straight out of a Wild West movie, with fast paced gunfights, duels and all the classic spaghetti western tropes. Less good than the other 2 games, not as much of a fan. the story element part where things move around and things appear and disappear was cool for the first 3-4 times then I started just running through. kinda meh ending.
