Turnip Boy Robs a Bank

Turnip Boy Robs a Bank was a bit of a weird game for me. I had a lot of fun, but I didn't really get into the story's narrative. When I later played Escape from Duckove, I found myself reminded of this game, which shows I had enough fun to commit it to memory. The design and visuals are very unique and I loved it artistically. So apparently it's a good game? I guess so! :D

The tasks in this game are MUCH more annoying in this game than the first, since you can have a run where none of the right elevators show up. Has much better controls than the first too, since it's a shooter instead of a combat/exploration game.

This might have become my favorite small game. Completion is only a few hours, took me just over 6 to get all achievements. So for a fun afternoon this is perfect. The game is filled with little food puns, and is overal just very whimsical. Even though you are a turnip, that is in fact robbing a bank. The artstyle is simple, yet clear and amazing. The soundtrack just shines, there is not a single song I dislike...

Pretty good sequel, just wish they added Tony Soprano to the game, woulda really elevated things if he came in and said something. After playing this, though, i started feeling a little bad. My limbs went slack and i couldn't move my eyes, nor mouth. i could barely see the end of the horizon...
