(Note: I bought this game when it was originally released on itch.io, so even though I only have 15 minutes of playtime here, I played through the entire game outside of Steam. It's a classic story. A hot girl breaks into your house, and all you can think is "Do I want to kiss her? Do I want to be her? Or do I want to chase her away before she sees anything terri- Oh. Oh dear. Oh dear me." Definitely wear headphones for this one, the sound design is generally very good but also don't get me started on "dial up noise - the atmospheric musical track". It's nostalgic *AND* creepy!

77 oleander avenue is a brilliantly written, atmospheric visual novel. i had to tear myself away from it the first time i played it because i just wanted to stay in the story until i'd discovered every possible avenue (ha) you can take. the way your ending is shaped based on what you believe to be true about the story is a brilliant touch, really making you reflect on what in the story has led you to that belief. to...

Amazing queer visual novel. The atmosphere was so brilliantly spooky thanks to really good sound and art design, coupled with light humour that didn't feel forced and characters that felt so real. I really loved Evie and her vibes resonated with me very well, which made sense very quickly for me. (won't say any more because I might spoil it)

Very eerie visual novel, loved the vibes and many choices for many ways to end. Also ghost girl. If you want to read a spooky lesbian story with a sprinkle of trauma on a Halloween night, it's for you.

An exceptional visual novel that reminded me just how much I love video games. A great pick for those looking for a chilling queer horror or a unique narrative experience. It's just a shame that I can't flirt with cute ghost girls in real life.
