The buggiest game I've played in years!!! Prepare to get stuck, over and over again. Get launched to the sky or be forced to press the prompted button without any feedback from the game. Restart the level, only to get stuck on a different place, which worked 5 minutes ago. An awful experience...

its 2 of the Greats all in 1, lego and lotr. enjoyable puzzles and fun cutscenes. great game for forgetting your mom is dead riding out of helms deep as King Théoden is PEAK

Great classic lego game still to this day, i have completely finished the game without any issue except for a small mithril brick that took me a long time to get in mordor.

I (like most people born in the late 90s) have a big soft spot for the Lego games of the 6th and 7th gen. Fun and simple collectathon adventures with IPs that appeal to me. Lego Lord of the Rings has one of the better campaigns in a Lego game but does have some issues. The big two I ran into is the spoken audio sounds really compressed. It's a solid Lego game and a solid IP. The levels are good, the treasure trove is cool, but the open world exploration is filled with bugs. Push blocks like to hit invisible barriers and shoot into the sky never to be seen again, wall climbing will randomly stop and reset your puzzle, some jump puzzles will be nearly undoable because for reasons unknown your jumps are being shorted even though this is a controlled...

I like the game and I would recommend it. We had a lot of good time with my son playing it. However, saying that, there are aspects that I absolutely hate about these games in terms of bugs and the number of quirks that you will encounter when playing it. Ranges from obvious signs where to go and what exactly to do, to head scratching moments of no help from the game and wondering around not having any idea what to do.
