Stop reading this review and buy this game immediatly. This is much worse than the previous Air Conflicts - Secret Wars game. Dropping the torpedoes in this game is one of the most frustrating game mechanics I have ever encountered in a video game. The enemy air carriers are floating bullet sponges, you just attack them over and over again until they (finally) sink. It is boring. Also the game crashed multiple times for me.

I adquired this game with the last humble bundle for a few dollars. According to that, I think it was a good deal taking into account how much I expended. I really love WW2 fighter games. I had one from Jane's for the PC more than a decade ago that, while it had its weaknesses, was wonderful in terms of the selection of planes and their playability and (to a greater or lesser extent) realism. Good game all round despite things. Yes there are some crashes. Menu bugs that prevent you from going forward.
