This is a puzzle game, not a tower defense game. Each level requires a very specific placement of towers to succeed, and often with very specific timing as well. Drop a new tower or upgrade a tower a second too late? Too bad, an enemy will slip through because the margin for error is crazy slim. Really fun TD with a two game modes: relaxed and tryhard, which ever youre looking for. Lots of variety in maps by restricted tower and income selection, which forces player to switch tactics and maze style. As other reviews say, this is a puzzle style TD game. Figuring the puzzle for each level was fun for me, but might put other people off.

I've read the negative reviews, and I can see why some people might find this frustrating. But I think it's a really well designed game that fills a particular niche. I've gotten pretty frustrated at times, and it's pretty clear that most levels are optimized for particular solutions, but there's not always one right way to win.
