A bit different from the first, not really an improvement, but on the same keel. Classes and combat are fairly different this time around, but there are many more QoL features implemented to make your experience more positive. If you liked the first, you'll like this one, but keep in mind it's not just 'more of the same'.

Don't bother. First game is trippy and an experience itself into what can be achieved when you disconnect your game design from normal conventions. A Valley Without Wind 2 changes the formula from the first quite a bit but lost some of the core aspects that gave the first any real interesting game play.
