Blacksmith Master 1.0 Releases November 19, 2026
2026-09-21Hello everyone! We're excited to announce that Blacksmith Master will leave Early Access and launch into 1.0 on November 19th, 2026. Check out the release day announcement trailer below. What's New in 1.0 • Master Workers - you can only hire one of each type, and they unlock special features • Master Blacksmith unlocks siege machines • Master Assistant unlocks tier 3 smelters • Master Scholar unlocks the 5th upgrade level for all blueprints • Master Miner can find gems while mining • Master Lumberjack unlocks larger wood pile storage (80 and 150 capacity) • Master Cashier never lets customers lose patience while waiting at the cash register • Siege Machines - You get special merchant offers requesting siege machines, which have over 100 pieces. When completed, they award you with mystery blueprints

• Set Items - There are 12 new sets with 3 items each. You unlock them by completing siege machines • Random Events - Positive and negative events affecting various numbers in the game • Item Tiers (Common to Mythic) - this change makes progression in the mastery tree much more strategic and items much more valuable. • New Pathfinding - much more performant and allows agents to move at any angle now instead of only 45-degree increments. • Customer-only doors. • Ultra game speed, which runs on a 6x time scale. • New animations for revealing new animations for tool unlocks, new animations for item upgrades, and more.
