The game is good, BUT: Always-online ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ prevents launching the game. Can't be assed to find and apply a crack, so downvote you go. ubisoft is such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ company istg

game good. needs to remove the "connecting to online" thing because online is shut down, so whats the point

This game is stupid, not in a bad way at all though. It has all the things we hate about poorly made video games, so so storytelling, repetitive catch phrases, and next to no explanation for half of the stuff that happens. The difference here is that all of this was intentional. It's all meant to feel like a poorly written 80's action movie, and boy did they nail that feeling right on the head.

Apparently, it's not possible to even launch this game in my country. I changed the name of "fc3_blooddragon.exe" to "fc3bdupdatersteam.exe" just so I can launch the game for 5 minutes, staring at a broken black screen, and I can write this review. The Far Cry series is really good, and I really love them so much. It's not a bad series, it's not their fault. Ubisoft... just... Ubisoft.

Because of the dumb ass UBISOFT launcher I permanently lost access to this game that I paid full price for and they have provided no work around! the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Ubisoft Launcher stole this game from me I have no way to play it!!! You install a cool game you've bought a while ago on sale. Some blurry launcher window shows up asking you to create another account. You close the game and search for a way to refund the game. Simple as. Having additional level of DRM in a 13 year old game which has been cracked 13 years ago is very unnecessary.

A fun little extension of the Far Cry 3 map or engine or whatever you call it, and Michael Biehn delivers some really funny lines in this one. It doesn't overstay it's welcome but I wouldn't have minded having a few more (interesting) things to do in the wrap-up. The cutscenes were pretty good, at least.

I remember playing Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon upon its release and, at the time, I (mis)understood it primarily as a tongue-in-cheek parody of 1980-90s science-fiction action films (Ranging from Escape From NY to DEMOLITION MAN). Something amusing, ridiculous, and deliberately over-the-top—a gloriously stupid little side project built around neon, explosions, cyborgs, one-liners, and the aesthetic excesses of the Reagan...

This game is really unique if you're a fan of 80s sci-fi. Just remove the "connecting to online" and then you don't have to worry about much. Just sit back and enjoy the classic open-world mechanics. The game is very short as well, it can be a little glitchy at times too. But other than that, its very fun.
