Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders

1.) Search Google for "GZDoom" and download it. 2.) Extract it into your Heretic folder on Steam. 3.) Delete Dosbox.exe 4.) Rename GZDoom.exe to 'Dosbox.exe' 5.) Now when you press play on Steam, it will have full options, look great, have good FPS controls and modern resolutions!

It's Heretic! If you're more familiar with Doom (which is fair) think of this as basically Doom's fantasy-themed cousin made by the folks over at Raven Software. It takes the foundation of Doom and expands upon it with new visuals, new enemies, new weapons, more intricate level design, devilishly hidden secrets, and a full inventory system for storing items and powerups! Based mostly on the old CD ROM release, which contains the same WAD file as the Steam release. Doom with a medival fantasy aesthetic. And I say that as a compliment.
