Difficulty curves are a normal part of gaming. Difficulty SPIKES are poor game design typically and can ruin games, like this one.

A great classic style puzzle platformer with increasing difficulty and abilities as you play through, though nothing too difficult yet (about 75% through so far). Some achievements seem more geared towards a more dedicated type which is nice. This game is very underrated, a perfect blend of platforming and puzzles, with an excellent OST. I don't know why this game hasn't recorded my hours, I've beaten it twice in the past! Just steam being weird.

The first Escape Goat was a nearly flawless execution of what it wanted to be: a clever, compact puzzle platformer that didn't sacrifice cleverness for comprehensibility. This is the way sequels should be made. If you enjoyed the original Escape Goat, you're in for a real treat.
