Silly little game with decent gunplay and over the top voice acting that made the journey for me entertaining till the end credits. I like the idea of every map have a certain amount of achievements as extra side objects.

I appreciate that someone put a lot of work into this, but even when discounted to $1 it's not worth playing. This belongs on Newgrounds for free, not on Steam for any amount of money.

Dead Effect is a half-hearted stab at making Doom 3 but with what feels like 10% of the budget, and it was clearly a mobile game first. It functions okay, but you'll need to map your own buttons via the in game option if you want to use a controller. It reminds me of some old style games such as KF2, with large socalled modern environment, despite the setting of weapons and money and upgrade system is so lagged that the game originated from mobile game.

What can I say -- it's a mobile game, first and foremost. The premise is decent. Full voice acting, at least some unique-looking assets, and pushing its simple story from the beginning to the end are all positive points of that game.
