Is it a good army? I think it is a solid addition. Is it ok to sell armies independently at a price higher than the base game? Absolutely not. Purchase only during sales.

This is the kind of crap I expect from EA. I shouldn't have to pay for two halves of the same game separately, especially when the first game had this army by default. This is a filthy cash grab that should not be encouraged.

The USF is an overpowered faction based around developing a blob of insanely powerful infantry over the course of the game. By the midgame a decent USF player should have a swarm of veteran infantry that can melt anything and be on the attack almost constantly. 13 dollars to play as the United States. Doesn't unlock the main campaign - that's extra, big boy. Garbage game. Try again for CoH 3.

The American Forces can adapt to the situation around the maps with their weapon rack. Need Anti infantry weapon? Pick up a BAR just for 60 munition! Need handheld anti tank weapon? Pick up a M9 Bazooka for 50 Munitions! (bonus points if used with rangers) Their vehicles are good not over the top, but it's decent. I am not happy with the fact that they did not include it in the base package. Adding add-ons is different but this is the last time I buy anything from this publisher

It was a pretty logical move by Relic to eventually add western front content to Company Of Heroes 2 as well. Company of Heroes 1 will always be a legendary strategy game but it's always difficult to play older titles because of the graphics and lack of quality of life improvements which were added in newer titles. Not to mention that no matter how much you like something, you can eventually be sick of it with time.

Broken. At First the US forces were fun to play and were versatile and change with the battle but ever since a few updates back they changed them and wrecked a key part in what made them fun and their style of play. They were never op in a single style of combat yeah the could dig in but the defense's are laughable compared to the other nations in this game, Britain is like a burrowed tick when it comes to defense...
