Linear visual novel with zero gameplay elements, but the story manages to pull you in. Although the game makes use of the well-known visual novel engine, which removes most technical parts of game production and allows developers to focus on telling the greatest story possible, this is usually not a huge concern if personal touches are added. It really is just a short story with a few pictures thrown in. Too few, I would say, as the text would go on and on while the background remains largely unchanged. As an introduction to the world of Ocean 17, it failed to pique my interest to know more. But then again, your mileage may vary.
