This game was incredibly entertaining to play with a friend...sometimes. As others have said, the main issue with Malpractice is is the bugginess. For just a few examples from my experience: quest-essential items would glitch through the map or into other items and be lost; monsters would aggro and kill through walls, and there were MANY experiences of getting stuck in the furniture or walls of the map. Kind of. It's not an amazing game, but it's not an incomplete game. It's an introduction to horror/puzzle games. There's a handful of bugs and in COOP many ways to get the monsters distracted on the long term while other players look for solution. The story is not original and predictable. Malpractice has good ideas and puzzles, but is severely hurt by multiplayer bugginess (items states not shared with all players, items states different between players), bugs, and a need for additional polish. Try the demo and then don't play the rest of the game unless it's been updated.

Seem to be proving difficult to play this game unfortunately, keeps completely crashing and unable to get past restarting the power. All settings low, FPS on highest setting. Such a shame, looks like a pretty good game and graphics look well done. This issue needs looking into because I'd actually like to play the game.

the game has alot of potential but needs a serious update from when you unlock the green doors. starting off with reasons 1. oxygen tank only works for player 2 periodically so iff you die to the smoke try again and it should work until your next death then you will have to die in the smoke to get it to work again 2. the fire extinguisher does not always work against the smoke man and when it does you have to hope it...

I played the demo and it was great! The puzzles really made you think and forced you to explore further. I was scared to turn every corner but I didn't want to stop playing! It's absolutely a blast with friends.

This game is a fun mix of horror, jump scares and brain teasing puzzles. I have enjoyed every minute of the game so far.
