My time on Steam does not do this game justice. If this was on a platform, I've played it on that platform. This was almost pure perfection. Everything has it's own quirk, the combat isn't 100% straight forward, the hacking, bypassing, and lockpicking are all their own unique systems. And when you start playing all of it feels awful. For the full experience start with the "rookie" profile. You start with zero skill...

Loved the hell out of this game as a kid. The attention to detail with how the dialogue changes based on the order that you do missions is cool. Stealth and gunplay are passable, but the roleplay aspect is what this game is all about. On one hand, very cool anti-corporatist messaging warning of the dangers of the military industrial complex. On the other hand, very "of it's time": every woman can be sexually...

An excellent spy thriller game with an awesome choice-driven story, great level-design, many different playstyles, fun characters... and some of the wonkiest combat you'll see. It's got a campaign of around 15 hours and enough replayability to go for it one or two more times and still not see all of the interactions. To start, I did have technical issues with the game, on numerous missions I've suffered from frame...

Michael is soooo cute, I liked him a lot. Darcy too lol, too bad he dies. most of the discomfort for me could be skipped (like female romance for him or etc), although some things could be annoying or bothering, but was mostly okay. the gameplay is fun, the story was also good. although the ending felt a bit abrupt, I would've liked maybe to know what happened or changed about many things after that sunset scene,...

Too ambitious for its own good. This game is a bug riddled mess. There is a good chance the game won't even run for you so I would simply avoid it at this point. Another classic from Obsidian where you spend more time dealing with bugs than playing the game.

A flawed but brilliant spy RPG. Great choices, interesting characters, and a story that changes based on your actions. A true hidden gem.

I found this game to be fun, even as dated as it is.

Fun spy game where a lot of your story choices matter. The dialogue was quite fun and quirky too. Combat or stealthing was straight forward and pistols are overpowered. A lot of people complain about this being a buggy game but I didn't experience any issues except for one boss fight. Simple reload and back into the action fixed it. Wish we could get some more spy type of games now days as they're quite fun....

A weird, one-of-a-kind experience. While the story ultimately has to follow the same broad strokes, there are a surprising number of variables that can affect how individual parts of it play out to a really surprising extent. A lot of the game's overall feel is similar to the original Deus Ex, though without the same extreme open-endedness, and I'd recommend it for fans thereof. It's a surprisingly granular,...
