For two weeks, Lethis will present itself with evil pumpkins and spooky ghosts! This new update (Version 1.3.2) will as well: - Intoduce a new sandbox-map (100x100) - New halloween graphics - Compatibility issues resolved If pumpkins and ghosts scare you too much though, we'll present a solution on how to play the game in normal mode very soon, here on this page. And to further celebrate Halloween, Lethis- Path of Progress will be on 33% sale for 3 days! Terrible. The game is fine, but I've had to debug and repair c++ redistributables so many times. The game crashes randomly. And this last time, the game still refuses to launch. I've followed so many online instructions, reinstalled, launched in administration mode, etc., etc., etc. The game just isn't worth all this headache.

TL;DR: The game's art and music is wonderful, but it doesn't particularly evolve upon the Impressions City Building Series formula. Maybe good for a player new to the series or one lapsed for a long time, but somewhat simple for series veterans. Edit: All the major bugs I experienced in my initial review have since been fixed. Lethis is a clear spiritual successor to the games of the Impressions City Building...

I dont write many reviews but I would say save your money on Lethis Pros: Good graphics, city builder, and steampunk Cons: Music is so annoying after a bit, the story well its just a king dies you build a city another one dies etc etc no actual story, the game is way too repetitive. With Lethis I was amazed at how well the game was made the first hour, it was really hard since I had to figure out the proper layout...

If you never played Impressions Games’ Pharao, Caesar or Emperor, grab this game at once! If you did play them, don't expect anything new. At all. PROS: - It looks amazing. The style is really cute, the animations are well done and the details are charming. If you have any Nvidia GTX graphic card stay away from this game, they are not supported. My hours played only represents my persistance against multiple repeated crashes, when trying to open the warehouse or even the Tradecenter. The game devs have refused to fix this condition, even though it seems rampant within the Steam community. I just do not understand this "dev attitude" given that most of us would rave...

Recommend buying on sale, 20 bucks is steep for the content provided. Great soundtrack and art style, fun to play casually, but repetitive. Fun for me since i havent played many city builders before, but even so it dies after a while.

I played quite a bit of old Sierra city builder games such as Zeus and Emporer. This game does feel like those games, but differs greatly in the economy system. Long story short: trading doesn't make you money; taxation does. From what I can tell, selling high-end industrial goods isn't really profitable. In fact I think I am losing lots of money in the process! There is no economical incentive to upgrade your supply...
