It's short but good. Simple. Nice music. A word of advice if you decide to download this game: use "examine" on absolutely every noun. Also note that instead of sentences like "go down the cliff" or "go into the cabin" you just type "go cliff" or "go cabin". And under no circumstance may you take off your pants. I find the game really interesting, and I love the plot so far. Its fairly difficult to progress through, you have to actually put yourself there and think throught the situation as if you were actually there. With the added style of a text adventure it keeps you on your toes with grammar and spelling, which is actually quite fun. Love that parser! This game has a traditional setting of an exploration/mystery game taking place during the 1800's (as far as I know from what I've played of it so far), but the really cool part about it is the text entry system itself! Overall a let down. The interactivity is very limited by the fact that the path you must take is one and only one, and often counterintuitive so that I had to spend time trying all the options more than using my imagination. You need some time at first to understand how the game works and how to get the story to start but it's a quite nice novel-like text-game and I would definitely put more time in it. You basically input keywords, in order for the story to continue. So, yes it's an interactive novel. That's why there's only one way for the story to proceed, which is a little annoying because you have to predict what's the next action...
