I'm gonna recomend this software, I've racked up nearly 350 hours on over 50 games. AS described in the store page info .... it depends on your hardware ( I have good hardware, Intel I9- 14900K, 64GB DDR5, 5070 Ti 16 GB ) and it depends on the games. Some game code can't be split into small chunks and some can. Some games it does make the load times longer ( puzzling ) but once they've loaded they do run at higher...

Guys this is a game made for those who want to learn a new game and dont have the time. Its one of the best steam games I have and got it at a nice price.

It's main purpose seems to basically chooses the cpu cores/threads for the games/programs to use. The program didn't do anything to boost fps in my case (Although this might only be because my main bottleneck is not my CPU) but actually created issues with the games I tried it with (Cities Skylines & Total War:Warhammer). It's not magic, It won't double your performance, but if you've got a "low" to "mid-range" CPU and have CPU hungry games, this will give you a marginal improvement. If you have a beefy system, forget about it, this program won't provide you with any significant results.
