Planetbase 2 - Dev Update 09
2026-09-10Hello Everyone! Welcome to dev update 09 (see previous updates 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08) We are now in the final stretch of development, in this update we are showing the last Dome and Human models, from now on we are focusing on the new worlds (more updates soon). Terra Dome This is the largest structure in the game. It is a giant dome where you can plant trees, build houses, and give your colonists a taste or Earth. Recreation Dome A place to chill out, relax and recover morale. Meat Farm This is where you can grow Vitromeat for your colonists. Security Center Guards can monitor the colony from here to detect threats. This is also the place where criminals can be imprisoned and rehabilitated. New Visitors

We've added two new visitor archetypes: The Civillian and VIP, these are used to create several types of visitors like the Diplomat, Officer, Tourist and Traveler, that have different needs. What's Next We are now working on creating the art (surface textures, rocks, natural events) for the other two worlds the game will feature, more updates soon! Let us know what you think! Martiño.
