+Immersive alternative history. where Soviets experiments with a reality-fracturing element on a classified Island rewrote the course of the Cold War, places it in the game in the same league as Red Alert or Wolfenstein
+Gunplay in fun and satisfying, giving each weapon feel unique and be useful in different situations.
+Addictive temporal riddles and almost immersive=sim like use of time manipulation mechanics,...

This game is so close to a masterpiece. it could have stood shoulder to shoulder with bioshock but the smooth brains at activision decided to water it down so the console people could enjoy it also. the first half is absolutely banger the second half falls off pretty hard. still very worth the play if you yearn for the days when ravensoft games were good and you want to see what it was like when game devs actually...

Excellent shooter that is almost over-stuffed with ideas and concepts. The game is very of it's time (the bioshock influence is clear) but it also sidesteps some of the self-seriousness of many games of its era. To be clear, although the game purports to be a grim sci-fi shooter - it's also extremely silly (in a good way) and never forgets to entertain. The game is about 7-9 hours in length, but very well paced and...

Honestly, I didn't expect it to be this good. Back when it launched, I didn't have a powerful enough PC, but as the years went by, I remembered this lost gem.
It's an excellent title—a great blend of the ambiance from Metro and BioShock. It has that exact heavy tone, satisfying weaponry, and in places, a striking resemblance to BioShock. Both the graphics and the storyline hold up surprisingly well today. It had...

Awesome game. Definitely flew under the radar for me.
It would be interesting to see more modern titles from this studio that isn't COD slop.

I put 7 hours into this game, beat it, went back and did the other endings, and overall I'd say I had a pretty good time. Def worth it if on sale.

Honestly it's a one hit wonder, wasn't bad but once you finish the game that's pretty much it there's no replay to it. Fun concept though soviet time travel maybe someone will take the concept and expand on it further.

Fun little FPS. The story and setting has elements of both the Metro and Bioshock franchises.

this game was pretty enjoyable, one of the few cases where time ♥♥♥♥♥♥ stuff doesn't make me dislike it, the only real issues i had with the game is a softlock where i had to reload the checkpoint 2 or 3 times before it worked properly and some very low res textures at random points that reloading also fixed, weapons are neat to use as well.

Fun time, similar to Half Life 2. Although the human AI is nowhere near as good as in Half Life. The first half was better and more intense, by the end the health pickups were in every other room and I always had extra health. Not sure why they did it like that. At the end your an unstoppable killing machine which was satisfying. I think they could of done more with the time manipulation device, there were a couple...
