Mixed. The price is cheap so it is hard to argue there. However, this kind of game is really best for multiplayer. Why would you play this when you could play the original for free. What made bomber man so fun for me were the permanet boosts for range, speed, etc. These arnt in the game, insted we got special moves like shooting bombs for a limited time. After the timer is up you are back to the powerless idiot you were before. Insted of a 2D Field we are playing on a ball and that feels a bit meh - it adds nothing to the...

Well, the gameplay is technically fine (as any straight ripoff of Bomberman's gameplay is going to be), but the overall game.. Okay, so, all you have is a single, very straightforward, very simplistic single-player survival mode. Your basic bomb is a basic one-square cross, but you can collect power-ups to improve it. A not particularly well made bomberman clone. Im on a quest of at least trying every game in my library, of which I got plenty from all kinds of bundles, not all though. If you are interested in my journey, check out my other reviews :)

I bought this in a bundle, thinking it would be a good BomberMan. I find myself wondering why a game made in 2016 would feel so sluggish and unresponsive compared to a game made 20+ years ago. The enemy AI is completely unpredictable, which in some games is a good thing, but not when you're timing bombs.
