Even though the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand carries a lot of nostalgia, it's impossible to ignore how the combination of intense grinding and drip-fed rewards doesn't respect the player's time at all.

This game is like life; every time you think you're doing the right thing, you're shocked to find out you're wrong, and every time you change course, it's still the same mistake. Unless you're rich and constantly spending money, you'll succeed at everything. Look at the hours I spend playing this game; it's pointless.

So this game has become so trash and terrible that if you go second in any duel (PVE or PVP) you automatically lose the duel. Everybody is using one deck against each other and if becomes a repetition of using the same cards over and over and gets the player (going second) nowhere. i love yu-gi-oh and i love to play duel links, but if your playing for pvp i would uninstall, everyone uses the same red eyes dragoon decks that just instantly screw you over and win games, i'm not a sore loser i lose alot and i wont say i'm the best player at the game, but running into the same meta every game and not being able to progress or play a normal fun yu-gi-oh game is very annoying and it really killed my...

Personally, I grew weary of modern Yugioh and the standard rules. Speed and Rush duels are more to my liking. Combined with Character Skills and the nostalgia element of the different shows, this game is THE Yugioh experience for me.

Simply no lol. There's so much wrong here. But that being said, I think that this game wouldn't be hard to save. So to the developers if they ever saw this review, of the following things as a consumer, please add/revamp the game's old features. 1.) There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON gate rewards are so pitiful. We are in 2026. This game literally has snake-eyes, horus engine, branded and other more modern pieces....

Le meti demasiado tiempo este juego para que me rompan el ojete con habilidades y mazos meta. Esta buena la dinamica pero hubo mucho power creep, cada vez mas parecido al juego normal donde esta todo roto. Muy triste

Great game to waste your time on, I had one issue with windows 11, it tried to say it it failed to find the source publisher. I went to the steam windows and selected properties and verified the files.
