Hi all! It's been a long time! This update is to bring all the AWS (Amazon) API calls up to date. I also need to do this to the mobile versions. 4 hours in and probably some of the best first impressions I've ever had with a free-to-play mobile game. Will the game hold up ten or thirty or a hundred hours later? Don't know. At this point I don't care; watching my character kick people in the face so hard that it literally cuts their tongues off in a flurry of broken teeth, or seeing him trigger immediate liver failure in my opponent's 2d avatar from a well...

Fun and intuitive turned based fighting game with deck building elements. Turns work in phases of attack and defend. You choose cards that correspond to types of attacks that target body parts and do a "swipe" like motion that you would do on a mobile game but with the mouse. Haven't found any major issues with it thus far. Can probably get away with a pricetag and still be enjoyed. So definitely check it out against...

Well, It Is quite a brutal game about martial arts, where you need to deftly move the mouse (or finger on the touchpad), being quick for the timings. You pick a deck of cards with some moves, and then you use part of those cards in fights, by tapping or slicing the screen with your finger or mouse clicks. I'm having so much fun with this game. It combines CCG mechanics with quick, phone-game like reflex challenges. You somehow end up feeling like Bruce Lee. Interesting game concept for some hours, but the different styles are basically all the same and use the same cards. The only difference is the attack speed or strength of some attacks, this does not justify the time (or money) invested to unlock new styles. I've been enjoying this game way too much. Card games and fighters are a dime-a-dozen, but I've never enjoyed being kept awake 'till 9AM on the edge of my seat quoting Kung-Pow and getting my ass kicked since at least middle school.
