DRL SIM 4.1 Release Announcement

Hello Pilots, In this release you will find a new map to explore! Silicon Valley brings you an epic soccer stadium, with lively surroundings, gaps, and dives galore. With this map comes the Race in the Cloud track, as well as 4 alternate tracks of different difficulties. We've also brought to the playing field an update to Pro Pilot mode (Pro Mode + Damage), a crash/shake animation upon impact and crash/impact audio. Also, the ability to adjust the drone trail width while spectating and watching replays. You will now have a Damage symbol in Multiplayer races on the race order panel when another player sustains damage. The crash systems sensitivity has been updated to provide a better experience upon impact. Tournaments now allow you to go back to previous tournaments and see the entire bracket, check results and replays! Additional improvements/updates, including:

The game seems dead. You can play the tutorial offline, after which you're told you need to go online to load a map. But it's just stuck in the loading screen. Really disappointing that this is not openly communicated on the store page.

Really cool game, I like the maps and the start of the tutorial, it is one of the best in my opinion. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT since the servers have shut down. You can still play the maps offline but even the tutorial missions, you can only play the first 9 maps and then should connect to the server which does not work. So yes, the tutorial is really good but it is not complete and probably won't be again until...

DLR was my first and favorite FPV Simulator, but due to them shutting off the servers on XMAS 2025 I stopped using it altogether. No flying with friends and no leaderboards take the fun out of it.

Well it was fun while it lasted... The Drone Racing League (DRL) simulator servers are permanently or indefinitely down, leaving the game unable to connect online. No Official Support: The developers have provided no updates, and the domain registrar lists the main game domain as inactive, pointing to an abandoned project.
