BioWare at their best. A top notch Wuxia story RPG, genuinely one of a kind. I can't think of many games like it. Not on Mass Effect or Dragon Age levels, but it definitely sits close to the top.

Great game, love the story, dialogue trees, comedy, voicework, and 2000s-style CRPG goodness. The combat left some to be desired, but I value that less compared to the other stuff. Worth at least a playthrough, took me 25 hours and I talked to everyone and read everything so slightly shorter than KotOR I and KotOR II.

Fantastic game! Really great story and characters :) The combat and leveling system are cool and unique! One of my all time favorites.

Reviewing games I played a long time ago. I was (and am) a huge fan of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, plus I was also a huge fan of KOTOR, so when Bioware released Jade Empire I was all in it was right up in my alley. And overall I recall enjoying it, however I'll be honest with you I dont really remember much of it. It was a lot less memorable than KOTOR and Mass Effect, but I did enjoy it, mechanics are borrowed...

Pretty good martial arts focused action rpg game (and i mean actual rpg with dialogues and choices) - Story, characters, dialogues and the world is pretty good. Pretty much why you wanna play this game. - Combat is a bit shallow, pretty easy to exploit and not much depth to the styles, you will be doing basic attacks and strong attacks, combined with some spells throughout the game. - It's a 2005 game so there are...

Truly one of Biowares gems they should have continued to support instead of dropping it at EA's behest. I would give anything to see a sequel to this game and make it a trilogy if possible.

The graphics are a little dated but the gameplay has exactly what many modern games are missing ... fun.

I would actually recommend this game, but its incredibly annoying to get the steam copy working. get it on GoG or something waaaaay easier to deal with
