This uncanny slop of a VR title is missing so much of the potential the original game had. Let’s be real — you could drop the part where if you mess up, you can’t continue until you get it right. I could never get this to launch. Everytime I tried using a PSVR 2 with the PC adapter it would come up with a weird meta quest headset error. After reaching out to support, they said this game does not officially support PSVR 2, so I never actually got to play this game. So who knows what other headsets its actually compatible with. Shame, because I enjoyed the original back in the day... buy at your own risk....

I was really thrilled to give this a go, but then I realised more than 75% of the cases aren't in the game yet they charge a high price? Why wouldn't you add the cases considering how good the reviews are? Refunding, will buy when and if the FULL game is released to VR.

One of the best experiences I've had in VR, Enjoyed this so much just wish there was more of it. It doesn't have all the cases of the original but is still a lot of fun. Time for a sequel here Rockstar!

This game is fun and takes advantage of VR very well. I love how much stuff you can interact with and VR just fits this game so well. However, as fun as this game is. I cannot recommend this due to it not working most of the time. In fact, my game had so many issues where I couldn't even open it. I had to spend a lot of time just to find out a way to make it work. Have not been able to get this working due to one problem or another with the Rockstar Protection. Despite this saying that I have 20 plus hours in the game that was just the screen asking for me to add my Steam supplied key ( which didn't work ). Has been a total nightmare dealing with the publishing company ( Rockstar ) and I will make sure that I never buy another game from them again. Total waste of time and...

Very reluctant recommendation, as the driving, shooting and fighting is enjoyable and 1947 LA feels very immersive - you just can't escape the feeling that they intended to remake the whole game and gave up when they realised how much work it would be, but then sold what they had at full price anyway. is very buggy and keeps pausing and pulling out the notepad without any prompt when playing with my pimax crystal super which is a shame since it seems like it could be pretty nice if it just worked

Fun but a bit janky. Worked well with Meta link on quest 2, even over wifi. Some of the missions like the shootout in the beginning have weird mechanics like the shotgun, you cant really aim with two hands without accidentally pumping it and ejecting a shell. I changed ISP and lost access to the associated e-mail account and to the game. Rockstar "support" kept sending me canned messages and was of no help. I even offered to send them the screenshot of my Steam Library with the game and receipt for the game. I got another canned message in response.
