CompareDistant Space 2 - is an indirect continuation of the first part, in which you will find more dynamic gameplay. Your task is to destroy enemy ships on each level to go to the next of 26 available. In addition to conventional ships, you will have to wait for the boss ships, the battle with which will not be easy.

Fast-paced space shooting, 26 levels and some tough boss fights along the way. Easy to pick up and satisfying to play in short sessions.

Do not buy this, waste of money. This game is pure achievement slop, meant for decorating your profile with letters. You can make this game on Scratch in like max 3 hours. There are 26 levels in the game which just so happens to be the exact amount of letters in the english alphabet.

I feel nostalgia with this game, like old arcade games. Compared to Distant Space 1, this is better!

Just more achievement slop. There's no challenge whatsoever. I got this game when it was 100% for free and decided to play it, thinking there might be some interesting gameplay elements. I was greeted with the same repetitive, slow, gameplay. I had to finish it if I wanted to maintain a good score on my achievement hunting journey. Don't get this unless you're one of those people who pumps out achievement slop games...

Another Achievement Slop Game. It is basically a poorly-designed game that only serves a decorative purpose with achievements, badges, icons, backgrounds, etc., for the Steam profile. So Distant Much Space. Part II. Distant Space 2 is a super safe continuation of the first game. This is not "bigger and better" like a lot of sequels are - it's more of the same pretty much. It’s a straightforward, classic arcade-style top-down space shooter.
