What can I really say about this one? It's a very simple Doom-style boomer shooter with a Chex Mix coat of paint. Run around, shoot alien things, find keys, open doors, repeat. I played it mostly out of curiosity, and after that it just became a decent little time waster. The cartoon style is kind of charming, and it's hard to complain too much when the game is free. But at the same time... I didn't really get...

i adore chex quest the fact this game started as a silly doom knock-off to promote a cereal, only to now only be a cult classic, but to spawn 2 sequels, and a reboot over 2 decades later! and the fact people still love it is a testament to how great this game truly is #ITS-CHEXIN-TIME

Chex Quest is the only video game in history where you save the universe using breakfast cereal and a weapon that looks like a hairdryer your mum bought at Tesco in 1998. It is glorious. It's doom clone for babies players, but not bad and too good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A cereal game had no business being this much fun!** I went into this expecting a funny little novelty game... and ended up having an absolute blast. The humor is charming, the world is surprisingly adventurous, and everything has that nostalgic, goofy personality that keeps a smile on your face the entire time. Chex Quest HD is an okay remake. It's more for newer audiences to experience the game rather than for old fans, but this game is still pretty good. Personally, I wish I experienced the original from 1996, but all in all, it's a good time-waster. If you are unaware, this is a game about Chex Brand™ Cereal... it's also made in the DOOM engine, so that's pretty cool. The game is around an hour long, so there just...

I watched many a good Chex be soggified under General Mills leadership at the battle of Spoon-VII, 10/10 would Zorch again. I mean, not sure what I can say besides the fact it's a port of an -OLD- Doom knockoff, it's not going to reinvent any wheels or win any awards, but for being a free game all you really lose is a few hours for an experience that isn't the worst thing ever made.
