It's honestly amazing how much quality and attention to detail the devs put into this, especially considering it's a free DLC. It tells the story of little Chris and his troubled childhood after losing his mom and dealing with an alcoholic dad. It's really sad; no kid deserves to go through that. Sufjan Stevens' "Death With Dignity - what a great idea to use this as a soundtrack! It gives this short story so much athmosphere. It fits perfectly to this well made game.

Well this was a neat little prologue to LIS 2. This is overall a really cute visit to childhood; although, without spoiling anything, there are some heavy implied and discussed topics here. Apparently this game comes right before the events of Life is Strange 2 so I decided to play it before jumping into the next game. I love Chris...the situation he's in makes me want to cry. One of the most peaceful, bittersweet and heart warming games I have ever played. This kid deserves the world. Go Captain Spirit !!! (+ Sufjan Stevens' "Death With Dignity" is a masterclass).

I love any game in the Life Is Strange series completely. This was a very fun mini story to jump into as the introduction to their next game past the original characters, and made me very curious what I was about to get into. It's like a demo but it's own complete unique experience.
