Kakarot feels like the manga has been adapted into a true game, it feels solid, doesn't have as much of the crappy filler, but is repetitive as all hell. For as expansive as the characters, world, skills and story is/are, the combat is extremely lacking, its just the same button mashing all the way through. THE DLC'S HOWEVER ARE EXCELLENT, SPECIFICALLY THE BARDOCK ONE!

I liked the animation a lot it really looks good especially the cut scenes. it really captured the style from DragonBallZ and it told it in a really good way. I am also glad the dlc's weren't just skins but also the story.

im really having a hard time with the controls it only shows x box my fault for not looking at controls but the game is very good and i would try it if you dont have it

pretty fun good cutscenes and cool open world. the RR soldiers that randomly spawn are really annoying tho. 10/10 experience

"describe what you like about this product" EVERYTHING. there isnt a single thing thats bad about this game, the fighting it AMAZING, the cinematic cutscenes after the fight EVEN BETTER and the dlcs are ALL WORTH IT.

A strongly disapointing experience, as a dbz fan I am half way through the game and it is getting worse The way the game plays is to only have the minimum core components to make the story whole. All the emotions, all the transitions, all the efforts, all the cannon filler is not even showed! Every start of saga (at least saiyan and namek saga) has shown many spoilers before getting into it. I understand the game...

This game has enjoyable moments but its so unbelievably underbaked. They cut a lot of fights and moments out of the story, Raditz has more animations than the entire Ginyu force and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd form Frieza and apparently it gets worse with the androids. I just cant see myself finishing a game where a story this exciting is told through static posing in between overly simplified fights, even on hard difficulty....

Played it on release, didn't feel like it was great but figured I'd come back a little while later. As a fan of Dragonball games, this is one of the worst made for combat and diversity. They reuse voice lines too much. The combat is unbalanced, they skip/brush past story points. The upgrade system is tedious and boring. Go play Xenoverse or Budokai Tenkaichi, the other thing this game does well is show impact...

"Repetitive" is the best way to summarize this game. I guess it took to much inspiration from the show and also became grindy. If you wanna experience the story of dragon ball z for the first time this is not a bad place to start. Although it has issues just like the anime but in a game form.
