Idle Space Raider

Sadly, this game seems to be getting hate from steam players who start up the game knowing absolutely nothing about idle games, as well as the learning curve putting of players... But really, this idle game truly holds some promise. As a dude who's been playing idle games for years, I am indeed looking forward to this game as long as it'll be developed over time - as most successful idle games follow the trend.

This is a very deep, fairly well made idler. At first, the GUI seems a little bare bones, but after checking a few sections and subsections, it becomes apparent there's a lot more below the surface. So since this game launched on steam I played it. And despite being in "End Game" it never gave me a sense of accomplishment and that is the worst thing about the game. The premise is solid but there is no payoff. Let me give you a few examples. All automation is disabled for five minutes every time you interact with the game. You can, of course, pay real actual money to eliminate this timer the dev introduced explicitly to annoy people. It's an OK idle game other than that, if almost unintelligibly complicated (there's nine currencies in total that I know of as of quitting the game - I know what five of them are spent on, and how to earn only four).

Idle Space Raider is a disappointing idle game with bland graphics and painfully repetitive gameplay. Progression is slow, and there’s little to keep players engaged beyond endless, uninspired grinding. Even for idle game fans, it feels empty and lacks any real sense of accomplishment or excitement.
