Wanted to like Unheard more than I did, as the concept sounded really interesting and I'm a huge fan of deductive games, but it is ultimately let down by the very mechanic that makes it unique - as everything is spoken word, you unfortunately end up spending way too long listening and relistening to the same conversations, which is pretty much the opposite of compelling gameplay and ends up feeling like a waste of...

It's a neat game mechanic, but the awful voice acting in English make me cringe too much to be able to get past it. I've tried a couple of times, but the voices are such a core part of the game, I can't get past it. Maybe if someone ever re-records the script with better actors, then I might give it another go.

I love the concept of this game! Relying on sound to solve cases is a unique idea and I think this game executed it very well. My main qualm is honestly that there isn't more! A great shorter story that can be played in a few hours. I found that I was able to kinda guess how it was gonna end based on the context clues the game gave us (just enough to make it plausible but not obvious). I would love to see a longer...

The game has a nice premise but the execution is on the mediocre+ side. I would give this game 7/10 and would say its worth when on sale. The case solving process is relatively interesting, but the scenarios themselves are not that intriguing. The cases doesn't have an interesting connection between them though you might see repeating characters... nothing from your previous cases or your knowledge of them helps you...

I'm so glad this puzzle game took the time to explicitly tell me it was a puzzle game in the intro to the puzzle game. Otherwise I wouldn't have known the puzzle game I bought in the game store was a puzzle game. I know a lot of the reviews at the top are negative, and I could agree with some of the points - the game is short and not extremely difficult - but I still had a lot of fun with this, so I really recommend it. I didn't know nor expect anything from the game and was positively surprised with the mysteries and the overall plot. Looks great too. I think people are going too hard on this for no real reason. Sadly, it's an incredible concept that falls short once you realize there's no fear of failure whatsoever. oh, you got the answer wrong? wait 10 seconds and you can immediately switch one of your guesses and get another crack at it, the game always tells you how many correct guesses you had.
